Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)
ILS is an integrated approach to manage logistic disciplines in the military. In commercial organisations this process is known as Product Support or Customer Service Organisations. Although originally developed for military purposes, it has applied by the private sector as well. Aim is to create a system that last longer and requires less support. More and more ILS is requested by ‘the customer. An example of a program where KPSP is responsible for ILS is the Sagem UAV (Sperwer) program in which KPSP is responsible for ILS of all delivered Ground Systems to different customers/countries. Other example are: shelter programs and RIVM (mobile laboratory).

KP Special Projects has more than 100 year experience in its branch. Roots is System Integration. In parallel, over the years KPSP also started to design, build, test and maintain it’s own products. Special is that KPSP has all different technical modules under one roof, which makes KPSP attractive as Chain Manager (One Stop) for it’s customer. KPSP has all Quality Certificates required for it’s task (e.g. ISO 9001/14001 & AQAP). In addition, KPSP is familiar with MOD specifications and environmental requirements.
